Our Values

If there were one sentence we could utter to describe our Vispero values, and that we have cherished for ourselves all these years, it would be the following: “Let us be human above all else.”

One might think: “Well, I understand, that’s not difficult.” But what we at Vispero think when we say it encompasses many things that we will try to define one by one.

We have never and will never prioritize profit over human well-being. This means that in our daily actions and decisions, we pursue this approach in every choice we make.

We take each person seriously as an individual and pursue a personalized approach, speaking with their family and getting to know the personal circumstances of each candidate in detail to understand their problems, concerns, fears, and expectations, and accordingly plan the best possible migration path. It does not matter how many hundreds of kilometers we have to travel or how many hours of conversation we have to invest. This decision is made by everyone from the heart on a human basis: which candidate needs how much care and attention.

We apply this attitude not only to our applicants but also to our own employees, who view and carry out their work with great dedication and effort as if it were a family. Vispero is not just any workplace; it is much more.

Equal treatment of all candidates is paramount, and we treat every candidate as we would wish to be treated if we were candidates considering and wanting to take the difficult step of moving and migrating to a foreign country.

Transparency in everything we do. From the very beginning, it has been our endeavor to offer the highest degree of transparency in all our steps and actions to all candidates who place their trust in us with this important life decision (i.e., leaving their homeland and emigrating with their family). Above all, this means not concealing any hidden risks and difficulties that life in Germany entails or omitting them as half-truths. Therefore, we see ourselves as intermediaries and not as merchants who have to promote something. This would be unacceptable for Vispero.

Integrity towards our clients, candidates, and employees. We treat our clients with the highest integrity. We deliver more than we promise, even if it is not recognized or compensated. We stand by our candidates and the employees of Vispero as part of a large family that bears great responsibility.

Freedom. The principle of freedom and free will is woven into our inherent corporate philosophy. We have practiced our principle that all employees should know everything for years. This allows anyone to take on a different role in the company if their current one becomes too monotonous. Candidates have no obligations to us and do not enter into contracts with us. If a candidate finds an offer that seems better to them, they always have the freedom to make their own decision, without any legal consequences.

Our stance at Vispero is clear. People’s life decisions are difficult and complex. For this reason, we must never stand in the way and must provide support wherever possible.

Help candidates even if they are not placed through Vispero. A large number of candidates went to Germany without support, through colleagues or other agencies. Candidates who chose one of these paths often reach their limits and cannot manage the bureaucracy, embassy, or recognition problems alone. Nevertheless, we have always stood by these people with advice and often with action, supporting them in resolving their problems. We do this with heart and mind and without ulterior motives, so that these candidates can continue on the path they have chosen.
