For skilled professionals, such a change means the opportunity for improved life prospects. In cooperation with the employment administrations of the partner countries, the skilled professionals are personally selected, assessed, prepared both linguistically and professionally, and placed. They are supported in their country of origin, upon arrival, and during their stay in Germany.
We support the process with an international external structure. It primarily promotes the language qualifications of nursing professionals, their professional preparation for deployment, integration support after arrival in Germany, and coordinates the recognition process for qualifications acquired abroad.
