Application & starting in Germany
We support applicants from Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro who would like to work in Germany. What matters is completed training or relevant professional experience, a willingness to learn German, and the desire to settle in Germany for the long term.
In the first step, we review your documents together and clarify which positions match your profile.
This depends on the profession, the employer, and the recognition process. In many cases, German skills at level B1 or B2 are useful or required, especially if you have direct contact with customers, patients, or colleagues.
If your language level is not yet sufficient, we will discuss with you what preparation is necessary and which steps are realistic.
Initially, we typically require a CV, educational certificates, employment references or proof of professional experience, as well as a copy of your passport or ID card. If available, language certificates and additional qualifications are also beneficial.
For subsequent steps, translations, certifications, or additional documents may become necessary. We will inform you precisely what is required.
No. The placement and our support are free of charge for applicants. We operate on the employer-pays principle. This means that no placement fees are charged to you.
We discuss any potential personal costs, such as for documents, translations, or official certificates, transparently before they arise.
Yes. We support you not only with your application, but also with important organisational steps. Depending on your situation, this includes recognition of your professional qualification, preparing documents, appointments with authorities, and guidance with finding accommodation.
Our goal is to ensure that you do not go through the process alone, but have clear points of contact and realistic next steps.
First, we collect your information and documents and review your profile. Then we discuss suitable employers, prepare you for interviews, and coordinate with the company.
If you receive an offer, we support you with the next steps until you start in Germany, as far as these are necessary for your situation.
